For best results, we recommend you use our organic dog shampoo on a regular basis without using another dog grooming shampoo in between. Remember, “regular basis” depends on many factors, like if your dog lives primarily indoors or outdoors, has a long or short coat, what type of breed it is and so on.
You will be able to judge what normal grooming behavior is after giving our shampoo for dogs a try; however, we highly recommend that you do not wash your dog too often. This is because your dog has natural oils on its skin that protects it. Once you wash the dog, the oils wash away with it. Once per week is probably too often unless your pooch is very dirty.
Remember to rinse the dog grooming shampoo thoroughly so you can avoid any product build up. Depending on what type of coat your dog has, you may have to be more diligent with this step.
